Chandler Macleod is the leading provider of temporary contractors to the Federal, NSW and local Government and has partnered with these Departments and Agencies for more than 25 years.

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Product Owner to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of 12 months.

Based in Surry Hills, this agency is tasked with allocating funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

The position is required to coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Delivering on the Salesforce based initiative and increasing the automation and on-system activity in support of Participant Service Improvement Plan.
- Supporting the business in adopting solutions and increasing efficiency to complete tasks.
- Clearly defining requirements for the PACE (Salesforce based) CRM components of the desired Participant and Provider experiences.
- Providing Product Ownership to support business system and processes.

Please note that to be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen and if successful will need to undergo x2 reference checks and a hold a current Baseline clearance or be willing to obtain one.
