**Who are we looking for?**

You are focussed on providing great service and might have a background in hospitality, service delivery, administration or looking for your first role after finishing your studies. If you believe the characteristics below describe you we want to hear from you

**About the role**
- Identify customer needs and assist them in accordance with VCAT service and quality standards.
- Manage your workload, act on urgent matters as a priority and refer or escalate complex matters and enquiries as required.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders including customers, colleagues, management, VCAT Members and other service users.
- Provide in-hearing and customer service support as required in accordance with VCAT's service delivery standards.
