**Melville Volkswagen** have a rare opportunity for a customer centric and results driven** Service Manager** to join our leadership team.

Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors and technicians to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing customer engagement, focus on maximising profits and delivering outstanding results. Thereby successfully building high levels of daily customer satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.

- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees’ positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
- Results driven, strong time management and organisational skills
- Solutions focused to identify and drive operational improvements ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to enhance Customer Service performance standards through effective leadership & coaching.
- Strong communication & reporting ability
- Career focused with a calm, personable demeanour and a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates the highest level of business ethics, integrity & resilience.
- Consistently adheres to, promotes company/manufacturer values and principles in all business & customer interactions.
- Determination to drive growth maximising profits.
