**Your Impact**:
Upon joining Jacobs as the TA Resourcer focused on Australia and New Zealand, you will provide recruitment and sourcing support to a diverse portfolio of stakeholders across the region. Adhering to our Jacobs values of “doing things right” this role will see you connecting expertise with career opportunities with the right people, at the right place and right time.
- Sourcing new talent (From multiple platforms)
- Maintaining an up to date and relevant talent pool
- Contributing to our I&D recruitment strategies
- Recruitment Administration
- Attending Stakeholder & TA meetings with the business
- Building respectful relationships internally with multi-disciplined teams.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
You will have previous experience in managing high volume recruitment processes and have sound knowledge and skills in behavioural interview questioning. You will be able to demonstrate a good ability to cope with multiple work tasks whilst building strong relationships within the team and across the business. An understanding of developing innovative engagement and/or sourcing strategies is highly desirable. You will bring your recruitment knowledge, your enthusiasm and your strong collaboration skills, and let’s see the impact we can make, together
