**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Aboriginal Health Division** as a** Principal Project Allyship Lead,**where you will be responsible for:
- Provide high-level clinical or operational expertise to improve outcomes for Aboriginal staff, consumers, families, and communities.
- Partner with the Principal Cultural Project Lead and Aboriginal Cultural Lead to coordinate, lead, and progress key initiatives from the Innovate RAP and Strategy Refresh.
- Promote a cohesive, respectful, and strengths-based approach to reconciliation, anti-racism, and allyship across WCHN.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance patient, client, and service outcomes across both clinical and organisational settings.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- If RN/M3 classification, Registered Nurse or Midwife (or eligible) with current practicing certificate.
- Proven leadership skills with highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and foster staff development.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Aboriginal culture, customs, and the impact of colonisation, racism, and socio-environmental factors on health, plus relevant legislation, standards, and professional practice.
