Empowering young people to thrive, Together 4 Youth (T4Y) offers wellbeing solutions delivered collaboratively into schools providing programs ranging from social and emotional learning, wellbeing and transition to the world of work.

T4Y is a large-scale collaboration of for-purpose organisations who share the collective vision of improving the lives of young people in schools across Australia. Members of T4Y have united to effectively support young people through their educational journey and into thriving futures.

Commencing in 2020, T4Y is the first collaboration to deliver be-spoke wellbeing and transition programs into schools, with reach across all states and territories. Each member organisation believes in and is committed to working together and acknowledge that by collaborating it is possible to achieve more and have a greater impact on improving student outcomes across all of their school years, than would be possible by working alone.

After spending two years piloting and developing their system of working together, and being auspiced by one of their member organisations, T4Y is now becoming its own NFP entity registered with the ACNC. As such, they are currently accepting expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced people to form the inaugural Board of Directors.

**Together4Youth are seeking a Chair, Company Secretary and four Board Directors. It is envisaged that a further two positions on the Board will come from the member organisations.**

T4Y is an extremely positive and engaged group of 15 members along with an outstanding CEO who comes with 29 years experience in the education sector. T4Y are passionate about bringing a depth and length of support to young people together, and are excited to be taking the next step in the organisation’s development by putting in place a highly experienced and skilled Board of Directors to take the collaboration to the next level.

**About You**
- Passion for youth wellbeing support and transition into work for young Australians;
- Relevant career experience and degree qualifications in finance, commerce, business, marketing, psychology, education, fundraising, or legal will fill the skills matrix;
- Relevant senior executive career experience;
- Board experience is highly desirable;
- Completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors CDC course;
- Prior experience in a high-growth organisation, either for profit or for purpose would be beneficial;
- Willing to engage with T4Y by sharing networks and introductions to key stakeholders;
- Able to attend meetings every second month for up to two hours - mostly online;
- T4Y is committed to seeking a Board that is reflective of the diversity of the Australian community;
