**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Group People Advisory Manager in a newly defined role, you will lead the coordination of learning and development nationally supporting the development of our most important asset - our people.

In this role, you will participate in the design, delivery and assessment of learning programs that elevate our client experience. Learning programs can be in 1 on 1 or in group settings, both virtually and face to face and can be delivered by you, our People Advisory team or through one of our learning partners You will work closely with the wider People Advisory team to ensure that the capabilities need of the business are being met.

This is a new role and with suit someone with a HR generalist background who has recently moved into Learning. Someone who is looking to listen, observe, build, collaborate, and take learning at Architectus to the next level with a dynamic team and an incredibly passionate and driven set of business stakeholders.

**You will get to**:

- Work from our amazing design Studio in the middle of the city.
- Bring the learning and development strategy to life and be a key part of transforming the strategic goals into action.
- Work with People Partners (HRBP’s) and key stakeholders to understand learning needs and create bespoke solutions
- Design and deliver training programs as well as provide train-the-trainer training to People Partners and other High Performers.
- Conduct learning needs gaps analysis across the business as well as support the design of career development pathways for critical roles and leadership pathways
- Gather inputs to support the measurement of learning program effectiveness, communicate outcomes, and make recommendations for future plans.
