**Production Manager**
- Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of production processes
- Coordinates between departments to ensure all required information is disseminated, collated and communicated to the correct authorities
- Serves as a link between Backstage Departments and Administration Departments
- Records meeting minutes and documents/updates outcomes on Basecamp
- Generation and monitoring of timelines, schedules and rosters
- Deadline management and control
- Follows processes and procedures specific to company
- Determines areas that are lacking and communicates issues to relevant departments/ personnel
- Recruitment of new staff and onboarding processes
- Management of Backstage staff, including uniform assignment, PPE allocation, rostering and leave requests
- Fulfils Backstage administrative duties
- Documents and updates Backstage policies and procedures as well as staff titles, roles and responsibilities
- Ordering and collection of workshop safety supplies, equipment, PPE, office supplies, departmental requests
- Ensures information is disseminated to relevant personnel in a timely fashion
- Coordinates Backstage meetings
- Generation and management of Budget spreadsheets for individual Productions
- Touchstone between Customer Experience (FOH) and Backstage for repairs/ upgrade requests
