**The Role**

As an Organisation and Methods Analyst, you will play a key role in refining our organisational structures, methods, systems, and procedures. Based in Perth and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will drive operational efficiency to ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to students globally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse and evaluate current organisational systems, processes, and structures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimise workflows, enhance productivity, and resolve operational challenges.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including the design and implementation of client data management systems, to boost service delivery and efficiency.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during system implementations and process changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with organisational goals and drive success.
- Conduct industry research to identify best practices and emerging trends in education consultancy.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years in a role focused on organisational analysis, process improvement, or methods optimisation, ideally within the education or consultancy sectors.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to assess systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions.
- **Process Improvement**: Demonstrated experience implementing enhancements, such as client data management systems (e.g., CRM or data storage platforms), to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- **Change Management**: Proven success in leading teams through process changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with tools for process mapping, data analysis, and system optimisation, including experience with systems that enhance data accessibility and client service for large user bases.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present actionable insights.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the education sector or related industries is highly desirable.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong advantage.
- **Desirable Achievements**: Evidence of measurable impact, such as increasing operational efficiency by 15% or more or implementing systems that serve thousands of clients, is highly valued.

**Employment Details**
- **Location**: Suite 6, 310 Lords Street, Highgate, Perth WA
- **Reports to**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- **Salary**: AUD 75,000 per annum plus superannuation
- **Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week
