You'll need to commit to full-time hours and embrace a flexible, rotating roster.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and team culture
- Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, stocktake, and P&L
- Support the Venue Leader with daily operations, rostering and team development.
- Recruit, coach, and enable high-performing teams
- Ensure venue compliance, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Drive team motivation through support, feedback, and challenges

- Proven leadership in hospitality, QSR, or retail
- Strong financial and operational skills across rostering, labour management, stock control and KPIs
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a love for leading from the front
