The company is seeking an experience Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and Passionate about logistics and supply chain.

Reporting to Warehouse Manager

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- System Management through WMS / TMS (Cello)
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Processing Inbound and Outbound
- Transport booking scheduling
- Forklift driving - Clamp, counterbalance and high reach
- Liaising with Operations team to maintain the stock storage processes and solutions.
- Control of Forklift truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets
- Closure of KPI timelines

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety procedures
- Team Management
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- WMS / TMS Systems
- Forklift License and experience
- Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and work to deadlines
- Work harmoniously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Driver's License and Car (required)

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
