This role can be tailored to suit your experience - you could be a seasoned brand manager looking for more responsibility and ownership plus promotion in the short term or an experienced assistant brand manager looking to step up to a brand manager role for the first time.

Your role spans the full spectrum of classic brand marketing: development and execution of brand plans; ongoing innovation and NPD from concept to launch; creating a consumer communications strategy (TV through to digital) that talks effectively to your consumers; a hand in hand relationship with your sales team to manage the lifecycle of products in retail and launch new products; and significant input into the commercial success of your brands.

Recruiting for this client is always about finding the right mix of experience and attitude. On a personal level we are looking for passion, enthusiasm, creativity and drive and someone who can achieve results and have fun doing it.

On the experience side, you have managed all aspects of the marketing mix and have exposure to the full breadth of the product lifecycle. You could be coming from any consumer product background although the best fits will be health & wellness/food/confectionery/beverages/personal care/beauty.
