Petite By Matilda is located in the heart of Mont Albert North. We are a local and loved cafe on the lookout for an experienced cafe manager to join our team.

- 4-5 days a week - Full time position with availability to work weekends
- New equipment including La Marzocco KB90, Paqpress, Mahlkonig E80S Grinder

About you:

- Have a sociable and friendly demeanour
- Experience managing a team within a cafe environment - Min 2 years
- Looking for someone who has all rounder experience within a cafe environment - this role does require flexibility
- Barista experience - able to run a coffee machine solo with the ability to dial in, set up and pack down a coffee machine/grinder
- Have a passion for providing a great and constant product and quality of service
- Ability to build report with customers
- Experience with staff delegation and leading a team especially within a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to think logically when under pressure and troubleshoot difficult situations
- Work well well in a small daily team and build quality relationships with staff
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proven experience within the hospitality environment - Min 5 years
- Positive, can do attitude, willing to own their tasks and daily requirements
