Petite By Matilda is located in the heart of Mont Albert North. We are a local and loved cafe on the lookout for an experienced cafe manager to join our team.

About you:

  • Have a sociable and friendly demeanour
  • Experience managing a team within a cafe environment - Min 2 years
  • Looking for someone who has all rounder experience within a cafe environment - this role does require flexibility
  • Barista experience - able to run a coffee machine solo with the ability to dial in, set up and pack down a coffee machine/grinder
  • Have a passion for providing a great and constant product and quality of service
  • Ability to build report with customers
  • Experience with staff delegation and leading a team especially within a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to think logically when under pressure and troubleshoot difficult situations
  • Work well well in a small daily team and build quality relationships with staff
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proven experience within the hospitality environment - Min 5 years
  • Positive, can do attitude, willing to own their tasks and daily requirements
