The Australian Valuation team prides itself in having a strong client base across these verticals, and is often sought out by our clients to undertake more complex valuation assignments.
What this job involves
JLL is currently seeking an experienced, professional and proactive Associate Director to form a crucial part of our Alternatives valuation team in Melbourne. In this role you will join our growing team who enjoy market-leading administrative support which will allow you to prioritise on undertaking end-to-end valuations for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting and mortgage security. The focus of this role will be to undertake a broad range of valuations across the commercial sector however specialisation in a particular field is also welcomed.
We are looking for an experienced valuer to specialise in the Victoria Market, with a particular focus on Living based assets of PBSA and BTR. Victoria knowledge would be an advantage but equally someone with commercial valuation experience looking for a new challenge.

Proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Strong time management skills with ability to meet both internal and external deadlines.
Willing and able to travel (including interstate).
Holds a current driver’s licence.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Assist staff with providing valuation, consultancy and research advice to PBSA and BTR property owners, developers and financiers around Australasia.
Undertake cash flow modelling for PBSA and BTR properties.
Help maintain our operational and investment market transaction databases.
The production of timely, accurate consultancy/valuation and research reports.
Assist the team in developing new ideas to enhance and add value to current products and services.
Maintaining a strong client focus.
Develop personal skills in a way that benefits your career progression and the services offered by the firm.
Required
Commercial Valuation Experience (minimum 5 years); good excel and report writing skills;
Desire to build a long term career in a highly professional and supportive environment;
Tertiary qualifications, Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status, and possess an open driver's license.
