We are seeking a **Philanthropy Lead** to join our Marketing & Brand team - this is a newly created part-time (0.6FTE) position that will set up, lead and manage all aspects of philanthropic giving at Bethanie.
- Permanent position, working part-time (22.8 hours per week) and based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBD
- Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely

**About the role**

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the philanthropy framework and approach as well as leading and delivering all fundraising initiatives at Bethanie.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop a deep understanding of Bethanie’s services, operating environment, and stakeholders to support setting up the end-to-end philanthropic process
- Identify, progress and maintain a diverse range of philanthropic revenue streams
- Establish a stakeholder engagement and communications plan for relationship building and delivery of innovative campaigns
- Align with peak industry body and industry to ensure contemporary philanthropic trends are applied
- Partnering with the Marketing & Brand team to develop philanthropy and donations materials to support quarterly campaigns

You have excellent organisational, interpersonal and networking skills across the board and take pride in delivering a high-quality service that benefits the organisation and those who give to Bethanie.

You pride yourself in delivering innovative solutions on limited budgets and bring extensive experience working across philanthropic endeavours including donations and bequests.

You will also require:

- An ability to understand and translate motivations for donors supporting a cause
- Accuracy and attention to detail for delivering verbal and written content and ensuring accurate data is maintained for all appeals and activities
- Proven success in achieving significant growth in individual giving, campaigns and appeals
- Demonstrated experience using CRM or equivalent, eDM platforms, setting up donor management systems and/or third-party donor platforms
