We are currently looking for an Airfield Operations Officer.

**What you'll do**:
Are you a stickler for safety? Would you like to work in an operational environment where no two days are the same

In this role you will be focussed on providing a safe operating environment airside, via the promotion of a safety culture mindset with all stakeholders. You'll work with a number of key stakeholders ensuring open communication and coordination at all times. Practically

**About you**:
We need you to hold an Australian Drivers Licence.

Whilst having an aviation operational background is advantageous, it’s certainly not essential and if you’re a team player with the right approach to achieving the outcomes we need to mitigate safety risks, we’d love to hear from you.

You are intuitive, and recognise that different situations and people require different approaches, you can demonstrate your ability to deal with emergency situations and you are careful, compliant and thorough in your completion of daily tasks.

You are able to work a shift roster including night shifts and weekends and understand the basic fundamentals of fatigue management and fitness for work.
