Returns Coordinator

We are currently searching for a Returns Coordinator to join our team at our Sydney Distribution Centre based in Banksmeadow, Sydney. This role is permanent and full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for processing customer and wholesale returns efficiently, meeting KPIs.
- Responsible for ensuring returns are valid and align with policies through the returns portal.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to investigate and resolve return issues.
- Responsible for sorting and managing faulty and re-worn inventory effectively.
- Identifying recurring faulty stock trends and provide weekly reports to the Ecommerce and Production teams.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with WHS standards through housekeeping tasks.
- Perform daily warehouse duties.Accountable for self-development and career growth.
