Our family-owned and operated business has 25 retail locations across the country, and we're currently seeking a Retail Sales & Customer Service Extraordinaire to join one of our stores in Chermside, Queensland.

As a member of our team, you'll be working alongside state-of-the-art robotic technology in our warehouses to ensure we stay ahead of the game. We're committed to keeping you updated with the latest industry trends and developments, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your team members to achieve our sales targets. We also offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities so that you can take your career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
- Assist customers with their enquiries and provide product knowledge
- Introduce customers to the 'Umart' way and create a positive shopping experience
- Offer warranty and general tech troubleshooting services to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Good understanding of computers and technology
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good organisational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Technical certification in computer hardware or related field
- Experience in retail eCommerce or computer parts and peripherals industry

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Computer hardware: 1 year (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
