Sunglass Culture Australia leading sunglass retailer seeks a senior fulltime retail assistant at our Chermside store

The applicant must have previous retail experience and have a customer first attitude

The role will include
- Sales as the priority ( consultative selling)
- Store presentation
- Stock management
- Supporting casual staff
- Reporting directly to senior management

The role is supported by direct contact with company management along with
- Product training
- procedures and policy guideline
- Access to the worlds iconic sunglass brands
- The ability to special order product for customer
- Guidance on the principal consultative and ethical selling
- A strong casual team

The position is salary based and negotiable and is backed with a strong and fair bonus structure. Hours and days will include 4 Weekdays and 1 weekend day with flexibility. After a qualifying period this role will promote to a Manager position

This role is ready to be filled now

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.38 - $28.58 per hour
