Reporting to the Program Leader - Front line Services, this position plays an important role in helping to delivering best practice accounts administration across the Facility Maintenance & Maintenance Projects teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Carry out goods receipting tasks using completion and progress data entered into the maintenance management system. Raise purchase requisitions for supplier & contractor invoices, utilities, reactive and programmed maintenance tasks associated with Council’s Building assets. Review trends and escalate discrepancies to the Program Leader. - Receive completion notices, request for further information or other documentation from Contractors and Suppliers. Enter data into maintenance management systems and escalate follow up actions as required. - Assist the Service Desk Maintenance Specialist with receipt and completion of contractor work order service & completion reports, and purchase requisitions as required by the Facility Maintenance Services team or Specialist Trade Contractors and Suppliers. - Assist the Access Systems and Compliance Officer with the processing of new access requests and the issuing of keys and access cards to approved recipients. To view the **Position Description**, click **here**. **About you** **_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_** - Certificate 3 in Business Administration or post-secondary qualification below diploma or degree with knowledge and skills gained through 'on the job' training commensurate with the requirements of this role. - An understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, processes and skills used within the context of data management and administration support for a frontline services program. - Experience working in a multi-disciplined team to achieve set objectives, specifically in the fields of facility maintenance accounts payable and administration. - Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence. **Culture and Values** Our vision for our community is to be: "A vibrant, safe and liveable city accessible to all" and that means there’s a place here for you too.
