**Our Client**
Based in the Parramatta area with over 10 years of success, our client is a thriving property investment sales team creating wealth for their clients via a membership-based education and purchasing model.
Phenomenally passionate about what they do and proud of the endless success story’s they have been responsible for, they are growing their customer support team
**Duties**
Being the intermediary between the sales team, finance teams and solicitors to support clients through their purchases of residential real estate, you will be responsible for:
- After sales assistance: welcoming clients and introducing yourself as the point of contact for any ongoing enquiries
- Liaising with the solicitors, developers, and builders in contract signing process
- Assisting clients in deposit payments and providing receipts
- Coordinating with the builder to obtain construction progress updates and communicating updates to clients
- Monitor stage completion and payments claim/ stage completion invoices
- Post sale support: Making introductions to Property Managers, Insurance and Building inspectors as well as Accountants etc

**Specific requirements**
This company is made up of driven, passionate property professionals who have experience in guiding clients through savvy, wealth building new property purchases. You will come with the same drive and:
- 12+ months experience in a similar role (in Real Estate)
- Be self-motivated with a love of customer service
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Accustomed to using MS Office / databases
