About The Business

Hogan's Curtains and Blinds is long time established curtain and blind retailer located in Mt Waverley. Due to a staff member re-locating a position has become available.

The Role
- Prepare quotes from plans or measurements supplied by clients
- Book appointments for sales consultant and installer
- Although it is a retail establishment there is a significant amount of administration work, such as placing orders and preparing workroom documents to get an order from concept to installation
- Maintain showroom presentation
- Position is full time and must be available Saturdays (9 am - 1 pm on a rotating roster).

Skills Required
- A keen interest in interior window coverings and decoration
- Previous window coverings and soft furnishings experience preferred but not essential
- Friendly, outgoing disposition
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
