**Job Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our showroom, assist customers in selecting the right mobility products, and ensure a welcoming and informative shopping environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with knowledge and empathy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest mobility products and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or mobility-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
- Ability to lift and move mobility products as needed.
- Patience and understanding in assisting customers with varying mobility needs.
