Become the Head of Finance of a growing brand operating in global markets.

**Your new company**
Our client is an international Organisation within the Retail sector with Head Offices located on the Gold Coast. They are a growing organisation within their field who focus on providing innovative, high-quality products. Due to consistent growth within the business they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to support the CEO on the organisations finance needs.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the CEO you will manage a small finance team and take on full responsibility for their efficiency and output. In addition to your management responsibility to you will prepare and manage the budget and forecast across the group and provide business analysis, data driven insights and specialist reporting to the CEO and board members. You will drive process improvement, compliance and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
A proven track record in managing and training finance teams and working in a fast paced, evolving environment. You will demonstrate acumen in systems and process improvement and strength in the provision on management reports. Your strong leadership will define your success in this role. You will be CA or CPA qualified and demonstrate strong technical skills. Experience within the retail sector and global markets will be favourable for this role.
