An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance leader has developed on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Within this role you will be working on the Executive team to ensure the business success and optimisation. In this role you will lead the finance team and ensure the company continues to thrive with sustainable growth.

**Your new role**
- Oversight of all company financials
- Forecast and budgeting prepared monthly, quarterly and annually
- Oversee and manage the Asset register
- Manage a growing finance team
- Track expenditure on capital projects
- Cash management and management of investment income
- Assist with the growth and development of the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- CPA Qualification
- Hands on approach
- Relevant Tertiary Education
- Experience in a similar role
- Motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring attitude to match the rest of the organisation
