Logistics Coordinator

PACK & SEND is a respected Australian company in the parcel, freight and eCommerce logistics sector, operating over 130 Retail Service Centres across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our **JOONDALUP** Service Centres require a customer focused professional who can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

The Role:

- **Full-time - Monday to Friday with an immediate start**:

- Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments
- Professional handling of Over-The-Counter -Sales, telephone sales, estimate requests and online sales transactions
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Measuring and weighing all consignments
- Managing and delegating pickup and packing tasks to junior team members
- Tracking and tracing consignments
- Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre
- Managing communications in and out of the Service Centre

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area
- Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
