These transformations will impact all parts of the client's business. We're looking for a consultant that can work across various projects and activities of work that are happening at the client to ensure solution alignment, business process modelling and implementation, and support during deployment. **We are looking for**: - Business led consultant expertise gained within industrial organisations. - A transformational mindset and an understanding of the role that technology led transformation must play in the energy value chain of the future. - Experience contributing the successful teams in business orientated work that might include process redesign, training, change management or systems user requirements analysis. - Experience contributing to execution within complex transformation programs enabled by tech/data, preferably relating to business and technology considerations. - Track record of good business relationships and experience of working with senior stakeholders within a client or internally to the organisation. - Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in the IT and digital realm **What you'll do**: - Contribute to the design and delivery of digital transformation for key clients. - Understand and support the development of a future view of digitally transformed operations - Support new business development opportunities - Inspire, and collaborate with your team members - Bring Capgemini's and your own expertise to bear with clients. **What you'll bring**: - Experience implementing or involvement with digital transformation programs. - Experience with cost benefits analysis, target operating model definition, digital transformation (maturity assessment, transformation design, road mapping), business analysis, data strategy and analysis, change management. - Experience with agile methodologies. - A transformational mindset - Experience contributing to strategy and/or execution within complex transformation programs enabled by tech/data, preferably relating to business and technology considerations. - Track record of good business relationships and experience of working with senior stakeholders within a client or internally to the organisation. - Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in the IT and digital realm Let's talk about what's in it for you Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
