**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Be the delivery consultant on customer advisory engagements
Assess our customers’ building and workplace technology and identify pain points for capabilities (e.g., audience and use case definition, information availability, supportive processes, and technologies)
Provide future state integrated technology recommendations spanning audiences, use cases, processes, and technologies
Assist customers with qualitative and quantitative analysis for building a strong business case for change
Deliver customer value, and by doing so, deepen JLLT’s relationship
Identify opportunities for expansion of JLLT Revenue opportunities
Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to help our overall JLLT advisory practice development and customer engagement

**Success Measures**:
Project Financial performance (utilization, customer billable hours, revenue)
Key performance indicators achieved (customer satisfaction, project/engagement performance metrics)
Customer satisfaction & sustained growth (Y-o-Y $ growth)
Customer retention and expansion

**You Will Bring**:
**Your successful career experiences**: 3+ years of consulting experience in smart buildings and workplace technologies
Bachelor’s degree with IT, engineering, business, computer science, or technical focus preferred

**Your knowledge of successful building / workplace technology**: How to describe real estate / commercial, industrial, and retail buildings’ performance strategies, objectives, KPIs, and operating metrics
Knowledge of different CRE, Facilities, and other corporate audiences and use cases

**The role of people**: what roles and responsibilities are needed either individually or as teams to create excellent smart buildings and workplaces
How technology, process, and people need to work together to create an overall organization and culture of performance measurement and management
Understanding of building and workplace systems networking and associated protocols, as well as cyber security considerations
Smart building and workplace technology solution categories and leading solution vendors and integrators
Leading industry trends in all of the above

Your design and consulting skills that help our customers achieve breakthroughs, including: Making clear, compelling, and memorable cases for the role of intelligent buildings and workplace especially through excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
Analyzing complex environments, distilling concepts, leading information gathering sessions, and preparing and delivering customer presentations and work products/prototypes
Overall - a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

**And as a Consultant, your significant experience**: Planning, leading, and delivering on-time, on-budget, on-spec work for your customers
Supporting project teams and fostering team culture across broad, and complex technical environments
Setting and demonstrating the standards for integrity, honesty, and quality
Successfully using agile methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
