**Summary**:
The Head of Cybersecurity - GRC is a key leadership role that combines deep technical expertise in cybersecurity with governance, risk, and compliance acumen. This role involves leading client projects as a GRC expert, recruiting and managing a skilled team, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring effective delivery of GRC services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to enhance GRC practices.
- Lead GRC client projects, providing expert advice and solutions in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Hire, retain, and lead a team of GRC professionals with a focus on technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity challenges and providing tailored GRC solutions.
- Oversee GRC projects, ensuring successful delivery and serving as a point of escalation for technical challenges.
- Implement robust risk management strategies and compliance frameworks, leveraging cybersecurity expertise to maximize effectiveness.
- Efficiently manage the operational aspects of the GRC team, including resource allocation and day-to-day tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on GRC.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field, with industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Strong foundation in cybersecurity technologies and practices, coupled with GRC expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and complex cybersecurity projects.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
