**Key Responsibilities**: During your traineeship, you will gain:

- **Hands-on Experience**: Collaborate with experienced professionals, actively participating in control room operations to refine your practical skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Develop a robust understanding of control room equipment, monitoring systems, and emergency protocols, laying the foundation for future expertise.
- **Safety Focus**: Gain insights into safety procedures, learning how to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the efficient coordination of operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Live locally to Blackwater
- Able to commit to a rotating 7/7 roster
- Willing to work an underground
- Year 12 completion or equivalent
- Experienced in utilising Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to commit to further studies
- Previous experience working in a mining or hard rock environment would be highly advantageous
