**About our client**:
Arthritis Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and the peak national organisation for people with arthritis in Australia. They work in collaboration with arthritis organisations all around Australia to improve the management of arthritis, while striving to achieve their goal: “Freedom from Arthritis”.
**About the role**:
You will report to the CEO and work collaboratively in a small team environment. This critical role will ensure that all consumer facing information resources provided by Arthritis Australia (websites, booklets, Information Sheets and more) are consumer-friendly, accessible and updated with the latest information.
**Key responsibilities**
- Managing Arthritis Australia’s (AAust) consumer-facing information resources - ensuring it is consumer-friendly, accessible, and cohesive
- Create a register of resources, create and deliver a project plan with timelines for updating and management of information resources, as well as providing strategic advice on new information resources
- Engagement with consumers/Consumer Advisory Panel to understand usage of resources as well as their needs, as well as the Scientific Advisory Panel to ensure expert advice is incorporated into consumer resources
- Liaison with existing and potential funders for information resources
- In collaboration with AAust staff, develop and implement a strategy to promote resources and increase uptake
- At all times, ensure compliance with governance protocol relating to updating information resources and maintaining regulatory compliance (e.g., TGA) for all current information resources

**Essential criteria**:
You will be a confident self-starter, be able to think flexibly and work collaboratively in a small team - and always have your consumers front of mind.
- A health or education-related degree will be highly regarded, and experience in the health sector is a must-have
- Tech savviness - including and especially across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management/time management skills - be able to prioritise workload to meet timelines without losing attention to detail
- High-level verbal and written communication skills; be able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of current best practice in adult education/consumer resource development as well as the health system and service delivery (and issues affecting consumers)
