Warehouse Supervisor

As a member of the Warehouse and Distribution team, you will be responsible for overseeing planning efficiencies, directing Team Leaders and supporting improvements of receiving operation through to final despatch to achieve business goals and profit objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all inbound, replenishment and outbound processes are effectively planned and managed;
- Delivering the Productivity Targets and within the budgeted labour costs in the operational area of the warehouse;
- Achievement of Order Turnaround requirements in line with the GSB Customer Classification system;
- Develop professional relationships with all external contacts;
- Assist in the develop/update SOP's for warehouse tasks;
- Monitor order turnaround statistics and make improvements in processes where required to meet required KPI's;
- Ensure consistency in the quality of products and services provided to our customers through identification of damaged/faulty stock;
- Actively coordinate change management to drive productivity and cost efficiencies;
- Ensure all warehouse credit returns are actioned within the month of return;
- Work with Distribution Centre Manager to co-ordinate improvement initiatives;
- Ensure goods are received and put away to maximise stock availability for customer orders;
- Ensure Replenishment performed daily to maximise stock availability on pick floor;
- Maintain a positive culture throughout the Operational functions within the remit and work with peers and managers to drive it through the business;
- Understand and utilise all ITW Guiding Principles towards improving and implementing procedures; and
- Maintain Time and Attendance Register.

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Minimum of 3 years Senior Warehouse experience;
- Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience;
- Commitment to driving a safety and continuous improvement culture;
- Customer service focused;
- Strong communicator;
- Demonstrated influencing skills;
- A ‘natural' 80/20 leader - prioritise and focus, make tough calls, drive simplicity; and
