**About the Role**:
We are seeking an efficient, and well-organized professional to join our warehouse team in Lidcombe. As the Logistics Support Specialist, you will be able to multi-task and prioritise your work, be thorough, precise and have the ability to work on your own whilst also working with, and being supported by, a professional team.

You will support the inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory record, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will also develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies, and freight forwarders ensuring our brands reputation and values are portrayed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that arise
- Receipt stock in accordance with policies and procedures
- Approve all packing slips for payment once stock has been reconciled
- Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis, with any issues relating to goods movement
- Process claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries

**Requirements**:

- A current NSW forklift licence (LF)
- Demonstrated experience in warehousing
- Excellent communication skills
- Great ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess moderate computer skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Dedicated to high quality EH&S and ethical standards
