The Transformation Program Management (TPM) team within KPMG is a key part of our capability picture and has been involved in some of Australia's largest and most complex reform and transformation programs. We know that realising organisational change and improvement requires more than transactional project management - it takes an ability to manage complexity and find clarity in linking strategic objectives to implementation activities and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement results in pragmatic decision making. Being involved in helping organisations succeed in transformation is rewarding and offers excellent opportunities for people seeking to make their mark. We are currently looking for Managers/ Associate Directors to join the Melbourne team working across a number of clients.
**Your Opportunity**

- Successfully lead client-based transformation programs across Financial Services, Higher Education and Government.
- Lead business development and other market facing activities that contribute to growing our business. This will include leading teams that produce winning proposals via RFP, RFT and RFQ processes.
- Be able to bring together powerful teams from across our firm with deep experience in People & Change, Customer Analytics & Design, Policy & Evaluation, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy & Enablement and Financial Management.
- Provide leadership in building the capacity of our delivery teams, integrating capabilities from across the firm, to ensure client engagements deliver to the highest quality by implementing the right program and project management disciplines are in place to address all aspects of change delivery - stakeholder management, planning & critical path analysis, risk & budget management, human resource management and scope management.
- Be able to lead either traditional or agile deliveries based on your deep practical knowledge of leading methodologies such as Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe.

- Experience leading large transformational ERP/ CRM programs leveraging market-leading cloud technologies.
- Functional Knowledge around functional areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain etc.
- Proven experience working with platforms like Microsoft CE, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce.
- Experience working with Agile in a delivery environment and using Agile methods and approaches will considered favourably.
- Technical knowledge around integration, data migration, testing and experience with managing individuals leading these streams would be an advantage
- Ability to liaise with program directors and other business stakeholders supported by strong negotiation, risk management and leadership skills
- Knowledge in delivering programs using either Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe methodologies (or equivalent).
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build professional working relationships with ease. Any industry experience is highly regarded.
- Tertiary Qualifications or diploma related to Project management is essential
