**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Prepare and process work orders, service requests, and invoices.
- Maintain and update records of repairs, services, and equipment inventory.

**Coordination of Services**:

- Schedule and coordinate repair and service appointments with technicians and clients.
- Monitor progress of ongoing repairs and services, ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all parts and services are delivered as needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to repairs and services.
- Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their requests and any potential delays.

**Inventory Management**:

- Track and order necessary supplies and parts for repair and service operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

**Reporting**:

- Generate reports on repair and service activities, including completion times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in repairs and services or a similar field.
- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Occasionally lift and move office supplies or equipment up to 20 KG.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 3 years (required)
- Computer literacy: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Sydenham, NSW 2044 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sydenham, NSW 2044: Relocate before starting work (required)
