An exciting new opportunity to work alongside the world’s leading IT and SaaS vendors for an ambitious tech start up. Crowd Box Pty Ltd is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a technical sales representative who can hit key targets whilst also managing an expanding outbound team.

**Duties**:
The role will require you to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

- Managing your list of prospective sales customers using vendor lists;
- Calling prospective customers and tracking progress and outcomes;
- Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise on vendor products relating to different campaign needs;
- Produce weekly reports that are presented directly to senior management and implement new strategies where required
- Train staff both via one-on-one sessions and team workshops and manage new recruits and be an intrinsically motivated culture builder
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to understand their needs and take advantage of potential sales opportunities;
- Ensure that vendors and customers understand the terms of their contracts and campaigns and provide accurate quotes

**Required Skills, Qualification & Experience**
- Must have at least 5 years experiences in Sales;
- Must have experience working in ANZ, pitching senior DMs.
- Must be able to build rapport and handle objections at a world class level
- Relevant qualifications preferred but not required
- Must have experience with Sales Force, Dial Pad and Xero software
- Must have outbound cold calling expertise
- Requires excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Must have experience in content syndication, paid media

We are looking for a great communicator with resilience. You will be responsible for creating connections and uncovering sales opportunities, focusing on lead generation and/or event-based work, whilst simultaneously consistently demonstrating ability to nurture and grow a outbound sales team function.

**Schedule**:

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
