**Our client**
Our client is part of one of the largest and most recognised QSR brands globally. This brand has been in Australia for 50 years with over 2 million customers visiting their restaurants daily and has strong values based on inclusion, community, integrity, and customer centricity. **The role**
Our client is a key franchise partner of this network and due to strong growth ambitions, they have a newly created opportunity for an experience Operations Leader to join their business and oversee their restaurants. This role will report into the Directors and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two large restaurants based in Hobart to achieve KPI’s and targets.

**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee the development and leadership of the Restaurant Managers and all staff
- Building a strong, collaborative relationships with the Brand Consultant to achieve set targets & KPI’s
- Manage the operating budgets including labour and COGS
- Drive sales and customer experience through the team
- Oversee and manage HR and Recruitment for the sites
- Develop and build a cohesive team environment, supporting one another and working to common goals
