**The Opportunity**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Preparation and coordination of employment contracts and employment-related documentation for new and current employees
- Coordinate induction programs to ensure they effective and implemented to the highest standard
- Advise managers of current probation periods and co-ordinate business requirements for termination of employment
- Provide advice to staff and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Maintain a reconciliation process between people system and payroll to ensure accuracy of data

**Skills Required**:

- 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role or similar type of role
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- System experience such as Workday or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of retail industry is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business studies or equivalent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
