We currently have a rare and fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Car Care Consultant** to join our dynamic team at our **Mercedes Benz Brighton **dealership. We require a professional Car Care Consultant** **to sell a range of exclusive car care products. We are looking for someone who is passionate and understands the importance of providing outstanding service to our highly valued Guests. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about sales, then we want you

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I team
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPIs

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Previous automotive aftercare experience with strong negotiation skills
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident
- A current Australian driver’s license
