**Casual Event Security Officer - Melbourne CBD & Inner Suburbs**:

- Join our growing team providing premium event security at some of Melbourne’s top venues and functions._

**About the Role**:
We are seeking reliable, professional, and well-presented **Casual Event Security Officers** to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment at events including private functions, live music, sporting events, and corporate gatherings in **Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor crowd behaviour and manage access control
- Perform screening, ID checks, and bag checks
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
- Liaise with event organisers, patrons, and emergency services as needed
- Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations
- Write clear incident reports when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid **Victorian Security Licence** (including crowd control)
- Valid **First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)** & **CPR**:

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Neat, professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Availability to work **nights, weekends, and public holidays**:

- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Experience in event security or hospitality
- Experience using two-way radios and writing reports
