We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our team as crowd controllers and security personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining order and security at a variety of events, from concerts and festivals to sporting events and corporate functions.

**Requirements**:
Victorian Security Licence is MUST.

Proven experience in crowd control and security. (Not Essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Security Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
