**About the role**:
We are looking for an Administrative Officer based in our Williams Landing office to join our team and support our daily operations.

The role will involve being the main point of contact for all stakeholders (clients, employees, and others), responding to and resolving general enquiries, and supporting with ad hoc duties. It will also involve communicating with a diverse range of demographics and thus communication skills are a must. It will be suitable for an individual that shows a willingness to learn, have adaptability skills and have recently completed their studies or are looking to return to the work force.

**General Activities**:

- Managing multiple calls at once and transferring calls
- Organising records and aiding in recording keeping
- Assisting with ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Able to articulate self clearly and kindly with ability to communicate with a diverse range of demographics
- Experience within CRM or VoIP software or similar
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- National Police Check
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check (Or able to apply)

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks referred to in the position overview.
- Ability to meet compliance and qualification criteria referred to in requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role and willingness to learn.
- Computer literacy and good typing skills
- Organised approach and excellent time management skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
