We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join the team supporting high functioning people in the Edens Landing and Creastmead suburbs.

These roles are 25+ hours a week, supporting people to access their local community and provide in home supports. Over a shift, workers are required to drive between both people.

**Sifts Available**
- 9.30am-12.30pm, Mon-Fri
- 9am-2pm, Mon, Tue, Wed
- 9am-12pm, Sat

**What our clients are looking for**

**Must haves**
- An ability to bring your enthusiasm, positive attitude, creativity and interests to work, to engage and motivate people to pursue their interests and to live a safe healthy and dignified life.
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle. Sometimes you will be required to assist the person to attend activities in the community with you. Mileage allowance is paid.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, current First Aid and CPR

In home duties may include
- Assisting people to participate in chosen their activities
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and social outings
- Assisting with personal care
- Medication administration
- Domestic assistance

We provide National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service to NDIS participants at our three day centre locations, in-home care services, and newly opened respite care home.

Pay: $31.76 - $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
