**Disability Support Worker - Clyde North (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm)**

Harmony House Community Care and Services is hiring an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a participant with complex needs in Clyde North. This is a weekday role (Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm) focused on structured daily community outings and consistent behavioural support.

The participant has a Behaviour Support Plan in place, and we’re looking for someone confident in supporting individuals with complex behaviours in a calm, professional, and proactive way. A temporary mesh safety barrier will be provided and must be installed in your vehicle for safe transport.

Workers will also be working in teams of two at a time.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid experience supporting NDIS participants with complex behavioural needs
- Confident behaviour support skills and emotional resilience
- Willingness to use your own vehicle with a provided mesh barrier
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant compliance
- Reliability, consistency, and strong boundaries

Pay: $38.60 - $68.00 per hour
