**Position**: Support Worker
**Location**: St Kilda
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assisting with personal care, medication administration, and other healthcare needs as required.
- Supporting clients to participate in community activities and social outings.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the disability essential
- Mental Health Experience preferred
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $35.90 - $37.90 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
