**About your New Role**:
The key responsibilities of this role are to maintain the apartments, common areas and building exterior. Working alongside the ANU Maintenance department, this role will also be responsible for managing the soft facilities requirements of the property.

**Day-to-day Duties**:

- Inspect, report and carry out any general maintenance and minor repairs to rooms and common areas.
- General repairs such as light bulb changes, carpentry and general investigative work to ascertain potential issues.
- Assist in the effective operations of the building and its compliance to OH&S requirements.
- Operate within company health and safety procedures.
- Provide assistance in a professional and efficient matter to customers.
- Communicate effectively with other staff and contractors.
- Establish good working relations with contractors.
- Assist with major emergency issues after hours - i.e. water leakages, power failures, fire etc.
