**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and energetic **Maintenance Superviosr **to join our close knit team.

Supporting both Peppers Gallery Canberra and BreakFree Capital Tower no two days will be the same. Reporting to the General Manager, as Maintenance Supervisor you will assit with the coordination of our small maintenance team as well as will complete the maintenance and upkeep of both properties including, common areas (internal and external), plant and machinery, outdoor areas and facilities as well as a mixture of Hotel and Apartment style accommodation rooms.

**About You**:

- 2+ years experience as a maintenance assistance/handyperson ina similar environment
- Self starter with demonstrated experience in setting priorities and completing tasks
- Punctual and with strict adherence to timelines
- Take pride in your work and have high attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of safe work practices
- Good communication skills - spoken & written
- Unlimited Australian Working Rights. with the availability to work a variety of shifts
