As our Business Development Manager, you'll join a team of go-getters who are passionate about delivering innovative and successful solutions to our clients. Your role will be to close deals and drive growth, while your small team of SDR's will qualify and set your daily appointments, and a team of Account Managers will maintain the relationships you build. Plus, with the best onboarding team in the Country, you can be confident that what you sell is delivered to the highest standard.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a natural at building rapport, handling objections, and closing clients in the meeting. You'll have a track record of success in short sales cycles, and your closing techniques will be second to none. You'll be an experienced one-call closer who is ready to hit the ground running and start closing deals face-to-face with your clients.
**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and a car are essential for this role.
- You must be willing to travel mostly Greater Perth Region
- You must have a minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in the audio branding industry or a similar field would be advantageous, but not essential
- You must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You must thrive under pressure and be passionate about achieving targets.
