Are you someone with a passion for following up on every Sales Opportunity?

We are hiring casual Retail Associates who will be the friendly face of our store but highly motivated to follow up and close every Sales... and still get through the normal tasks that come with the role.

We are looking for someone to join our tight knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in & phone-in customers with product information and queries.
- Process and fulfill online orders accurately.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized retail environment.

What We’re Looking For:
KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- Willing to do what it takes to close any sales leads
- A go-getter who is self motivated and prefers a busy day to sitting on a chair
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner with clear pronunciation and ability to understand and write down what someone is asking for/talking about
- You will be required to lift and move heavy speakers and production equipment from time to time

Key daily duties
- Dealing with customers queries and orders (face to face, over the phone as well as online)
- Fulfilling online orders
- Managing stock levels
- Accepting deliveries and restocking the store
- Managing store presentation and cleanliness

What we provide

- We will provide training with the following software/platforms: Invoice Expert, BigCommerce, Odoo & SMS Global but be expected to know how to use Outlook & Word
